3.将材料(B)拌入其中一份燕菜料理,分成3等份。</div>

忙碌的师奶生活,总觉得一天24小时都不够用。。洗衣晒衣、上pasar 、整理孩子们的‘杰作'。。等等。。每天不断重复又重复。。好累的说。。<br />

每每看到朋友们的千层蛋糕作品都好喜欢。。喜欢那千层蛋糕的层次感。。。一层层的好特别。。好美。。。再想如果也能烤个属于自己的千层蛋糕。。。那应该+肯定~超超有成就感!和满足感吧!!!<br />

做法: </div>

1.牛油,炼乳和糖打至松发变白。加入蛋黄(一颗一颗加),拌均。加入XO搅均。</div>

2.分次加入粉类拌均。</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
3.用另外一个大碗加入蛋白打至粗泡,分次加入糖打至干性发泡。</div>

4.将打发蛋白分几次加入蛋黄面糊内,拌均!</div>

5.用180度上火预热烤箱,在7寸已铺上油纸的方模里倒入75g面糊,铺平。烘烤6-7min左右或者看到颜色变黄就可以取出模子,看到有凸起的地方就拿竹签把它刺破,然后用汤匙或做千层蛋糕用的penekan kek压平。</div>

6.接着在倒入75g面糊铺平,再铺上山楂片(每隔一层铺一次山楂片),(以上步骤至面糊用完为止)以6~7min烘烤。</div>

做法:</div>

1.把包菜稍微切开,每片均匀的涂上盐巴 。让它脱水。大概2小时)每30分钟翻面一次。</div>

3.热油,加入绿豆瓣和葱头碎,炒至干。</div>
